Puerto Rico, 1899, a lovely 4-color registered cover to Richmond, Va, addressed to August Dietz (of CSA catalog fame), franked with Sc. #'s 210, 211, 212 and 214, with neat registered cancels and transit markings, Fine to Very Fine. Scott $270. Estimate $150 - 200 August Dietz was about 30 years old at the time. He published his major work on CSA philately about 30 years later.
