1934-35, Byrd Antarctic Expedition, three attractive covers from Little America, Antarctica; the first two covers which should have been postmarked the previous year are stamped "this letter has been delayed for one year because of difficulties in transportation at Little America, Antartica"; a lovely and interesting trio of covers from a very cold and distant land! Very Fine. The lot also contains a 1967 New Zealand Antarctic Research Programme cover.
