Rockwell, Norman, American painter and illustrator (1894-1978); beloved for his familiar, warm, and humorous depictions of the American experience. Friendly Typewritten Letter Signed "Norman Rockwell," ½ page, small 8vo, Stockbridge, MA, January 23, 1973. He tells a collector, "…I have autographed the stamp blocks as requested. Thank you for your kind note" Some skipping of pen, otherwise in excellent condition. Plus the two signed blocks.
