Scott 13a), o.g., lightly hinged (previous owner's light handstamp on gum), Fine to Very Fine overall, with 2015 B.P.A. certificate, which notes "a little toned" (barely noticeable in our opinion), a very scarce stamp. SG £1,400 for n.h. ($1,740). Scott $775 for hinged.
