France, 1900-1945, mint hinged collection, over 90% complete for the period, in mounts in a SAFE hingeless album. Includes most of the regular issues, commemoratives and semi-postals, a few airmails, no postage dues. There are numerous sets and singles cataloging $30 to $200. Nearly all with o.g. (3 without gum), with a wide degree of hinging, from lightly hinged to hinge remnants to some adherences. Gum flaws (such as tone spots or tiny stains on gum) affect perhaps 10% of the catalog value. Adherences on gum affect perhaps a third of the catalog value. There are nevertheless numerous sets and singles in excellent condition - the Samothrace semi-postals for example are lightly hinged and V.F. Much wheat here, some chaff, Fine to Very Fine overall.
