1836, folded letter from Southampton, Mass. to South Hartley, manuscript 18 3/4 in the upper right, Southampton and 25 in upper left. Contents inside dated Southampton April 22, 1836, letter is from two brothers written in sections to another brother Harvey Lyman, the father, the mother and a wife, at the end the letter he mentions a disorder like measles but says doctors say it is scarlet fever likely on board the ship, nearly Fine.
