France, 2001-2005, mint never hinged collection, immaculate and nearly complete for the period, in 2 luxurious SAFE hingeless albums. Missing only a handful of stamps, but including regular issues (including all the Art stamps), semi-postals and airmail (no Council of Europe or UNESCO). Plus there are numerous booklet panes, and some specially issued booklet panes that Scott prices only in footnotes, including one from 2003 cataloging $100 (photographed). A perfect lot for the collector trying to add to his collection, Very Fine. Shipping weight 13.3 lbs / 6 kilos. Scott $1,791.
