Manuscript instructional mark "Per Steamer / Via Liverpool" alongside French transit and New York arrival both in red. Interesting usage of 1Fr Strubel issue on Transatlantic maritime mail, Fine to Very Fine, with SBPV certificate. Michel 15II Byp, 18II Ayn.
