Special Handling, 1928, 15¢ yellow green and 1940, 10¢ green, wet printing (Scott QE1a and QE2), blocks of 12 and 15, one could easily break these apart to achieve 4 great blocks of 6; the QE2 has some minor perf seps in the top margin but the stamps are intact and it is N.H.! o.g., some never hinged / some hinged, Fine to Very Fine.
