Precancels, 1902-1930's, an important collection of many hundreds, mostly 4th Bureau Issue 1¢ to 10¢ values including coils, mainly larger cities with Bureau precancels including some to the 50¢, well organized A to Z on blank Elbe pages, also includes a modest collection of Washington-Franklins including San Francisco (perf. 10 to 15¢ and perf. 11 to 50¢), Chicago (perf. 12 to 15¢, perf. 10 to 30¢ and perf. 11 to 50¢ plus 1902's to 15¢), Akron Ohio (perf. 10 to 30¢ and perf. 11 to 50¢), Ashland Ohio (perf. 10 to 30¢ and perf. 11 to 50¢), plus hundreds of extras on blank pages, few non 4th Bureau 1920's and 1930's issues and some without precancels.
