Madagascar Specimen (Scott 523), strip of 3, tied by red 40mm handstamp, fresh and bright as the day they were received, particularly well centered, exceptional showpiece, stuck down on ledger sheet, Very Fine and rare, three samples of each stamp were sent to all U.P.U. member countries, making this the only examples of these available.
