Virgin Islands, 1866-1987, a mint collection, neatly mounted on pages and housed in 2 Palo 5-ring albums with slip cases; prior to 1900 appears lightly hinged but after the turn of the century it becomes mainly NH. Even includes a few War Tax Stamps. Still plenty of spaces to fill as you can see by the images on the website. An attractive collection with only a few small faults, generally Fine to Very Fine.
