The contents is a "Savanna Republican Prices Current"; a handstamp identifies the sender, Very Fine to Extremely Fine, an historic piece of philately knowing that it is an early cover once held in President Roosevelt's hands, ex-President Franklin D. Roosevelt, an avid stamp collector; a red stamp on the inside reads, "From the Franklin D Roosevelt Collection Auction Feb., April, 1946 by H.R. Harmer Inc., N.Y. Scott $110.
