Front shows INSUFFICIENTLY PAID handstamp with manuscript "5" cent deficiency, VIA OSTENDE handstamp, plus manuscript "45" centime postage due. Reverse bears ARGAU Swiss transit plus ZURZACH arrival c.d.s., and with NEW YORK / BR.TRANSIT departure.
