Very nearly complete for the period, missing only some of the rarities, but including better stamps and sets cataloging up to $1000. There is some duplication with up to 4 of a kind occasionally. We note regular issues (with perf. varieties), commemoratives, semi-postals, postage dues, International Court of Justice, syncopated perfs, booklet panes and more. 19th century issues are in mixed condition with small faults (including without gum) affecting approximately $3000 of the total catalog value. 20th century issues seem to be without faults. Generally o.g. hinged to about 1940, then mostly NH. Centering overall averages F.-V.F. A valuable lot with many desirable stamps and excellent coverage of 20th century issues.
