Precancels, 1920's-60's, an extensive collection. Many hundreds of stamps, mainly from the 1920's-40's, hinged on blank pages in 2 thick binders. One binder with "N" states (Nebraska, New Jersey, New York and North Carolina), the other binder with "O" through "W' states. Much variety here, generally Fine to Very Fine. A small sampling has been imaged. Shipping weight 15 lbs / 6.8 kilos.
